Visited Pista House Shahalibanda on a Sunday around 4 PM. It was quite busy, so we had to wait for a while, but the food was definitely worth it. The items we ordered were delicious and served fresh. The staff were polite, well-behaved, and handled the rush efficiently. Overall, a great dining experience.

See all on GoogleI had the pleasure of dining at Pista house which is an iconic place for authentic hyderabadi cuisine near Charminar. I had Zafrani Paneer biryani, Paneer majestic, Shahtoot malai and Khubani ka meetha. The biryani and majestic were exceptional with mild distinct flavours of spices and saffron. Shahtoot malai was also rich in taste but the Khubani ka meetha was bit of a let down. The service was outstanding and prompt. Overall a great experience!
You definitely need to try the Mutton Marag paired with roti—the meat was incredibly tender and packed with flavour. The Zafrani Chicken Biryani was decent too, featuring very flavorful rice. However, I felt it didn’t pair particularly well with the Chicken 65; next time, I would stick to the regular Zafrani Chicken Biryani instead. My only real complaint is the drink selection. They only serve mocktails and do not offer regular sodas or Coke, which was a bit of a bummer.
Today I bought matka phir 3 pieces one of them has expired, after lots of efforts I reached the sweet section manager. His response was “you have not kept it properly” than I told him I bought 20 mints than he offered to replace it. It’s not about replacement it’s how badly the manager handling customer if it was not raining now I would have let him eat in front of his customers we visit posts house not only for taste we seek better service. My experience was bitter
Overhyped. Worst experience. After sitting in waiting for 20 mins we finally got a table. A table which was sticky even after staff cleaning it twice. Water, used tissues and foot prints on the floor. To make things worst their AC was not working and neither did they have any arrangement for fans near our table. The captain gave me a menu for 30secs and literally took the menu off my hands and gave it to another table. We ordered mutton chops, chicken Hydrabad and mix fruit punch and khubani ka meetha. To make things worse their food took more than 40 mins to be served. -The chops were average. -Chicken Hydrabad’s gravy was tasty but the chicken piece were like boiled pieces of chicken with almost no marination. Chicken tasted raw -The mix fruit punch was too sweet -Khubani ka meetha was ok Definitely can avoid this place when in Hydrabad
