Visited for lunch to check out the hype. The food quality lives up to its reputation—the Biryani were top-notch, rich in flavor, and served piping hot. They have separate AC and Non-AC sections, which helps manage the massive crowd better. The only downside is the service speed during rush hour; the staff gets visibly overwhelmed, leading to delays. However, the taste more than makes up for it. Great value for money if you want authentic, old-school Hyderabadi cuisine without burning a hole in your pocket

See all on GoogleVisited this place during our Hyderabad trip and tried their biryani. The food was really tasty and full of flavour. The place was very crowded, but the service was good. Overall, a great experience and worth trying if you’re visiting Hyderabad!
We dined in at Bawarchi and ordered the Chicken 65 Biryani. We honestly didn't expect such a disappointing experience from a place known for its biryani. The biryani was completely flavourless, with almost no masala, making it very bland. The biggest disappointment, however, was the Chicken 65. The pieces were mostly batter and bones, with very little actual chicken. The taste was very poor, and the quality was far below our expectations. I've also attached photos showing that we couldn't even eat the Chicken 65 pieces because they were so disappointing. We hope Bawarchi takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and consistency of its food, especially for dine-in customers.
Veg biryani was nice, with lots of veggies in the dum. Quantity is more and perfect for 2. Service was too humble. They are known for their hyd style Biryani and price is very cheap I felt but wish their egg biryani was much better with egg in the dum rather than just giving boiled eggs. And it was not really hot(biryani)
This is the ultimate Biryani place. We were a large group and welcomed and seated in reasonable time. The food was all amazing. We had Chicken lollipop and 65, for starters. The loose prawns, Bawarchi special Mutton Curry. Our server was Manoj from Odhissa, and he was very good. Of course a data is signature Biryani. The food was all good. Even the writer that came with the bean was excellent. The biryani was amazing. Since 1994, the first time I had their biryani, the taste remains the same, may be even better. We will be coming back soon.
