Toli Masjid ٹولی مسجد5/5 ⭐ Highly Recommended! A Serene Architectural Gem in Hyderabad 🕌 Visited Toli Masjid (also known as Damri Masjid) today in Karwan, and it truly left me in awe! This 17th-century Qutb Shahi masterpiece, built in 1671, is a hidden gem that beautifully blends history, devotion, and stunning architecture. The two elegant minarets, intricate stucco work, lotus carvings on the arches, and ornate details showcase some of the finest craftsmanship from that era—peaceful and far less crowded than the more famous spots like Charminar or Mecca Masjid. Stepping inside felt incredibly calming and spiritual; the marble floors, inscriptions, and overall ambiance make it perfect for quiet reflection or prayer. The caretakers were welcoming, and the whole place is well-maintained with a classic feel (including the houz for wudu). If you're into heritage, history, or just seeking a tranquil spot in Hyderabad, this is a must-visit. Easy to reach about 2 km from Golconda Fort—definitely worth your time! Highly recommended for anyone exploring the city's rich past.

Beautiful masjid. Gives nizam's time vibes Attached namaz timings in the month of August 2026
Toli Masjid is a beautiful old masjid with a traditional structure and peaceful environment. It has a houz for wudhu, which gives it a classic feel. The imam’s qirat was very nice and soothing. The inside area is small, but the masjid has a long sahan, similar to old-style masjids like Makkah Masjid. Overall, a very good place for salah and reflection.
The Toli Masjid is a flamboyant mosque, situated in the suburban area of Karvan, located nearly 2 km away from the Golconda fort. The masjid is one of the many gorgeous memorials in Hyderabad. It is a breathtakingly beautiful example of the architecture of Qutb Shahi. The Toli masjid is embellished by two minarets of about 20 meters on either side. It was constructed in 1671 by Mir Musa Khan Mahaldar, the known and renowned designer of Qutb Shah. The frontage of the Toli Masjid comprises of five arches, each of which consists of lotus decorations in the spandrels. The main arch is somewhat broader and more elaborate. As per the regal records, the Toli Masjid is also called as Damdi Masjid.
