Today i ordered shawarma from this hotel.they show the whole shwarma and veggies and such such in images but in reality i got only shawarma roll and not even ketchup packet available ... i bought the shawarma for 240 rupess but it is not worth even for 70 rupees , shawarma taste and texture is not that good ... even in my home town they make very quality shawarma ... in this metro city .. i didnt expect this thing to happen. Totally waste .. i want refund if i can
Needs a lot of improvement. First, the atmosphere is too dull. Dim lit room with decorative/ designer filament bulbs producing warm lighing. Restaurant caters more to takeaway customers and food delivery aggregators. I sat there for about 30 mins. Only customer to dine in. AC was running but didnt feel the cool air. Cashier/manager seems responsible. But, food is very average. Not very tasty. Had two biryanis. One chennai style and one Mumbai style. Both are very ordinary tasting. When I ordered food, I asked what Mumbai style was. I was told by the cashier/manager that Mumbai style is like Hyderabadi style. In such case, why not call it Hyderabadi style on your Menu cards? Hand wash area is a little smelly. Bathroom freshner may be handy.
Very disappointing experience ordering from Taibah, Egmore. Ordered 4 Arabian Shawarmas and received food that was burnt, dry, tasteless, and smelled like coal. Completely inedible and ruined our dinner plans. Had to contact support for a refund. Basic food quality should never be this bad. Would not recommend unless they seriously improve consistency and hygiene standards.
First time try this shop food really very bad and sad experience..I ordered chicken white sauce pasta in the pasta inside one little piece of steal scruber it's very irresponsible in kitchen side no care for customer food ..the service boy told me no add pasta in bill sir that's not matter.and arabian shawarma is little bad small in side end off the part..only they water and crab lollipop only good 👍
One of the worst experiences.. the biriyani had zero flavor and literally three small pieces of chicken for a half kg biriyani .but yeah there was a bucket full of unflavored colored rice . I don’t really understand how people buy this thinking it’s biriyani … AND ITS 100 percent NOT A DUM BIRIYANI …
